The Experimental Study on the Antihypertension and Antithrombosis of Aucklandiae Radix

Abstract
|
|
|
This study was investigated to evaluate the antihypertension and antithrombotic effects of Aucklandiane Radix.
The results were as follows ;
1. Aucklandiane Radix increased the expression of eNOS compared with control group.
2. Aucklandiane Radix increased the transcription of the Kir6.2 and SUR in all treated groups.
3. Aucklandiane Radix significantly decreased the blood pressure of SHR compared with control group.
4. Aucklandiane Radix significantly inhibited the aggregation of rat platelet compared with control group.
5. Aucklandiane Radix prolonged the survival time of the rats when common carotid artery was ligated.
